the new year

so as derrick and hans had the last victories of 06 for mahjong and munchkin respectively,
we viewed on the tv the usual televised segments counting down the new year.
its no futurama styled countdown with aliens and snippets of the various countries and parties,
but i guess as long as jed sees his favourite idol, its all ok. so strange that they did not include sms messages and greetings, that was usually the highlight for such big events.
of course, thanks to hans for the usual hosting of the new year gathering.
